Now, about me...

I love to photograph people and I love to capture moments, two passions that have served me well as a photojournalist and as a wedding and event photographer.

I received my BA from Rutgers University in journalism and studied for three years at the International Center of Photography in New York City.

I've been taking pictures professionally for over 30 years, as a staff photographer for the Princeton Packet and the Home News Tribune newspapers and as a freelancer for the Associated Press. My work has appeared in a variety of publications including People Magazine, US Magazine, the NY Times, the Chicago Tribune, The Washington Post, The Arizona Republic and Sports Illustrated.

I've also been lucky enough to have been the company photographer for both McCarter and Passage Theatres and I have extensive experience in shooting actor head shots, dance and stage work.

I've travelled the globe documenting people and cultures from Indonesia to Africa but spend most of my time right here covering events in Philadelphia, New Jersey and New York for clients that include  Princeton University, Rutgers University, The Institute for Advanced Study, the NJEA and the NEA.

In 2012 I had the profound experience of accompanying an Operation Smile mission to Bogota and Riohacha,  Colombia as their documentary photographer and got to witness firsthand the amazing work they do on behalf of children with cleft palates.

As a wedding photographer, I get to share in the celebration of a couple dedicating their lives to each other, capturing those intimate moments as they unfold. Moments that will become memories to be cherished and shared with family and friends through the visual narrative. Let's get together and make great images and great memories!
